What does a property factor do?

As property factors or property managers we would normally take responsibility for the entire building or development on behalf of all property owners such as maintenance, cleaning, gardening, periodic repairs and common insurance.

Your property manager is there to take the stress out of communal living and maintain the condition of the property for the benefit of the owners.

How can we change factor?

Itís likely that when you bought your home you had no say in who the property manager was, but that doesnít mean as owners you canít get involved and decide to move for a more personal service that represents value for money.
